I’m pleased to share that I’ve started Grey Comma, my new commercial advisory practice, and have taken on the role of Principal.
Grey Comma has been established to support clients working through complex commercial challenges in technology, digital and infrastructure environments.
The focus is on the areas where I’ve spent much of my career: commercial strategy, sourcing and procurement, pricing and payment models, contract negotiation, supplier performance, contract remediation and commercial assurance.
The practice is built around four service areas:
– Transaction Commercials
– Contract Commercials
– Complex Commercials
– Commercial Assurance
I’m looking forward to building Grey Comma and continuing to work with clients, partners and colleagues on complex IT/OT initiatives, major sourcing activities, contract remediation, commercial assurance and supplier performance improvement.
